CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to our stylists at Arch, a rental salon. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary and respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.

Please note that forgetting or canceling your appointment without sufficient notice impacts our ability to fill that time slot and accommodate clients on our waiting list. To ensure efficient service, we require all new and current guests to provide a credit card for our secure, encrypted system.

You will receive a text confirmation for your appointment, and while responding "yes" is helpful for our stylists, it is not required. Your appointment is fully booked on your calendar and scheduled unless you cancel it. The cancellation policy is enforceable even if you do not respond to the confirmation.

If we do not receive the required 24-hour notice for adjustments or cancellations, the following fees will apply:

  • No charge for notifications given at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost for no-shows or notifications given less than 24 hours before the appointment.
